Fit Kit Post Exercise Muscle Cooling Shower GelIf you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to share your shower with an extra-strong mint, now’s your chance to find out! Although it’s billed as a muscle cooling gel, all of you will be cooled so it’s a great hot day shower accessory. It smells deeply pepperminty – not in a sweet way – and I could have sworn there is some eucalyptus in there, but the ingredient list isn’t showing that to be the case.

I’d also be tempted to have this on hand for colds – your sinuses definitely get a work out, so don’t think of it purely as a post exercise product.
